There are a number of rooms in the Hotel which accommodate different numbers for your event. The VIP Lounge offers stunning views of Poole Harbour from an elevated position and can take up to 70 people for an informal buffet. The Brownsea Suite caters for a buffet for a maximum of 160 guests, while the Waterside Restaurant, Waterside Bar, and TV Lounge can all offer an alternative venue for 5 to 50 guests by arrangement. There is also an outside terrace and lawn which can be used for drinks, barbeques and buffets. Catering is organised to your requirements from a choice of finger and hot fork buffets, to 3-course sit-down menu's. Any special requirements or requests can be
