Salterns Hotel is on Poole Harbour in the exclusive suburb of Lilliput. Located half way between Poole Quay and the Sandbanks peninsula, approx. 1.5 miles from Poole Town centre, 3 miles from Bournemouth, and 8 miles from Bournemouth Airport. There is lots of free car parking on arrival at the Hotel.

FROM POOLE:
From the A35, the road leads to the Civic Centre/Town Hall’s one way system. Follow the signs to Sandbanks (B3369) for approximately 1.5 miles. Upon reaching the parade of shops at Lilliput, turn right by Barclays Bank into Salterns Way. Follow the road to the end and enter Salterns Hotel.

FROM BOURNEMOUTH:
From the Wessex Way (A35 & A338), follow the brown signs for Compton Acres Gardens & Lilliput. From Canford Cliffs turn into Lilliput Road and travel to the end of the road. Turn right at the junction onto Sandbanks Road. Take the first left into Salterns Way (by Barclays Bank). Follow the road to the end and enter Salterns Hotel.

FROM LONDON:
From the M25, take Junction 12 & follow the signs for the M3 & Southampton. By pass Winchester and head for the M27, following signs for Bournemouth. You will then find yourself on the A31, go past the signs for Ringwood and proceed onto A338. When you are on the Wessex Way, follow signs for Sandbanks and continue as from Bournemouth.

FROM THE SEA:
Entry to the marina from Poole Harbour entrance should be made through the North Channel. The entrance lies on a bearing of 033o from port buoy number 36. If visiting please call on VHF or telephone for your berthing allocation.
